Pupil Premium

In September, Marc Rowland’s A Practical Guide to the Pupil Premium was published in partnership with the National Education Trust.

The book, written by NET deputy director Marc Rowland, provides essential advice and information to help schools make the best use of the Pupil Premium grant and improve outcomes for disadvantaged learners.

We are delighted to announce that since the release, the book has recorded strong sales, and was in high demand at the recent Academies Show in Birmingham, where the author hosted a session on the pupil premium.

The book has also gained positive press, and is proving to be a valuable resource and point of discussion as author Marc Rowland has been quoted in the November issue of Education Investor. The article, written by Daniel Thomas questions whether schools are spending the pupil premium wisely, and makes reference to A Practical Guide to the Pupil Premium.
